Running Shoes

Outdoor shoes are good for paintball. They are made for all sorts of outdoor activities – climbing, camping, etc. Using some comfortable Nike outdoor shoes will protect your ankle and it will feel comfortable. Outdoor shoes also will prevent you from excessive sliding.

Military Boots

You still think military boots are only here because of the looks? Think again – if you really want to avoid sliding and injuring your ankle then military boots will take care of it. Military boots are really comfortable if you are playing for longer sessions, and they really do take off the pressure that is made on your ankle and will protect your feet like no other shoes If you will use military boots, just be sure to change your socks few times a day and wash your feet as heavy feet sweating happens when wearing these boots.

Just remember one thing before choosing your footwear for playing  – your feet and ankles are under heavy pressure and shoes that do good in stadiums and plain surfaces not always will be the best choice for this great and very addicting sport.
